How to Install Google Chrome on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS !

      Google Chrome is a web browser from Google. There is no need of introduction about google and google chrome. Now, google chrome can be installed on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS operating system. This article shows the detailed installation process of Google chrome on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Focal Fossa).


Step - 1 : Add keys to system

sudo sh -c 'echo "deb [arch=amd64] http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb/ stable main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/google.list'


Step - 2 : Set up Repository for Google Chrome on Ubuntu

sudo sh -c 'echo "deb [arch=amd64] http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb/ stable main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/google.list'


Step - 3 : Update the system after adding the repository

sudo apt-get update


Step - 4 : Install Google Chrome

sudo apt install google-chrome-stable 


This will install Google Chrome in your system. Launch it from application menu.
