Install a useful screenshot application Flameshot on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS!
In Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, like all the other versions of Ubuntu operating systems, there is a pre-installed application for taking screenshot. Anyone can easily take screenshot via this application. Usually PrntScr button is the shortcut key of taking screenshot of a whole window in Ubuntu OS and if anyone wants to take screenshot of a selected area, then the key combination is Shift + PrntScr. But this preinstalled software doesn,t comes with an editor to edit those screenshot such as marker, liner, add text etc. There is an another useful screenshot application called Flameshot, which comes with an in app image edior for marking and editing the image after taking the screenshot. This application enables its users to do work faster.

Installation -
Launch Terminal -
Press Ctrl + Alt + T
Step - 1 : Update the system
sudo apt-get update
Step - 2 : Install Flameshot
sudo apt install flameshot
It will install flameshot screenshot application on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Step - 3 : Run the application

Flameshot can be launch the application menu.
This application can be customized as per users choise -
Interface Customization -
- UI color can be reset as per choise
- Button can be select which will be appear while taking screenshot
File name Customization-
- Filename after taking the screenshot can be customized as per choice
General Customization -
- Launch at startup option
- Close after capture option
- Desktop notification
